Richard Gulledge is the Commander of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force for the State of Mississippi and is currently assigned to the Cyber Crime Division of the Attorney General’s Office. Prior to becoming Commander of the ICAC Task Force, Richard served as a senior investigator and digital forensic examiner within the Cyber Crime Division. Before becoming employed with the Attorney General’s Office, Richard began his law enforcement career in the state of Florida in 2007. Richard later moved to Mississippi in 2009 where he served with several law enforcement agencies as a patrol officer, field training officer, investigator, and task force officer (TFO) with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Richard is a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) through the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS). Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of South Florida and is also a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Command College and the Mississippi Certified Investigators Program (CIP).
